If you had to search for a painter, you know how hard it is to find an honest, legitimate, company that isn’t trying to over charge you. I met with 5 companies and AFP Painting was the one who met all the qualities I wanted. Alex is the owner and he has to be the most humble person who wants to give you what you want. His crew is family driven which was really important as I wanted to support a local family business. They painted the exterior of my home. Repaired all the sections that had dry rot. He removed the old ugly shutters and recasted our windows. Our home looked brand new. The crew never asked to come into the home to use the restroom. They were quiet and hardworking. I was very impressed with the workmanship and the professionalism. The price was right where I needed it to be. I highly recommend this company for any paint job. I will definitely use them again. Alex and team painted our new-to-us house--all walls and trim. They did an absolutely wonderful job, and the house has extremely tall walls and a lot of trim and doors to contend with. Alex responded to our request for a bid quickly, showed up exactly when he promised, and was very reasonable from a price perspective. He went above and beyond to meet a really tight timeline and worked through a weekend to ensure it was done. We are so thankful for the quality of work and the timing. The house looks incredible!!! After talking to and getting bids from at least 9 other painting contractors, I found Alex with AFP painting. If I could recommend just one thing, I would say, don't waste your time with anyone else, just go with Alex! He and his crew did a fantastic job on both my exterior and interior painting. My exterior was badly in need, and they spent an entire day prepping, scraping, and doing some minor siding repairs. After spending another day painting, they went back and touched up anything that needed it, and everything was done just beautifully! Alex also did some minor sheet rock repair inside, and they did a meticulous job of painting my 2 interior rooms also. I'm really happy I found them and did not go with any of the others I talked to, as many of them just didn't have the experience and did not know how to properly do the job. And Alex's pricing was very fair, so that made it even better! His crew is very hard working, trustworthy, friendly and meticulous about their work.

While renovating another property I have engaged with many service/trades companies and AFP Painting was by far the most professional, timely, easy to engage, flexible and delivered an amazing job. AFP painted the entire interior of a recent house purchase. This included ceilings, walls, trim and doors. I was so impressed with the precision of the prep work, small wall repair, and taping. There was no detail untouched. This resulted in perfect, clean lines and a brand new interior!

We scheduled a date based on his next availability and I requested that he let me know if something earlier opened up which did. His team came in and expertly completed the job including repairing holes and retexturing the walls where needed. The job was done in a day and a half. Alex and Erick just finished a project in our new home and did an excellent job! They arrived on time everyday and cleaned up after they completed our project. They are extremely professional and drafted a contract for our project, that we both signed. We plan on having them work on other projects around our house and plan to have them paint the exterior when the time comes. They sanded down these bright shiny plaster walls that came with our house when we moved in. They re-texturized the walls to look like the rest of house and painted them for us. Alex and his team did an amazing job painting all of our cabinetry throughout our condo, which included our kitchen, three bathrooms, and laundry room. We hired AFP Painting for an interior paint job. Three firms bid on the job and I was impressed by AFP both in terms of the rapid response with a bid and in terms of the substance of the bid ( cost, timeline and product quality). The crew was timely, friendly, and focused on the work. They were super hard workers and the job went faster than we thought it would. The results are fantastic. TL;DR: Would recommend AFP Painting! Great people, great work!! AFP Painting may have saved my marriage, I wish I was joking. We recently moved into a house, it’s bigger than any house I’ve ever lived in. When we moved in we told the landlord’s that we would paint the house, “no problem!” “We like painting”, we said, “It will be fun”, we said. It was about an hour into painting the first ceiling in a room of the house that I realized a few things. 1) I’d never actually painted a ceiling before 2) standing at 5’2 and using an extension I was still on my tippy toes trying to get the paint up there and my arms hurt already, and 3) this was WAY harder than I realized and it’s probably gonna take years to get this done. After a little bit of crying and some fun choice words aimed only at myself and my exuberance, my wife suggested that we call for help. So I got online and searched for a local painter and found AFP Painting. Alex came that day and gave me an estimate for painting the ceilings in the house and was very nice about our attempt at getting the job done. He laughed with, not at me, if that makes sense. As a woman it’s hard to find helping men who don’t make me feel dumb for trying, but Alex did not and he taught me something’s also. His price was very reasonable, in fact I had to ask does that include paint? It did and I was stoked. Alex and his crew showed up on time and were very friendly! They got right to work and got it all done in 1.5 days (2000+ sq ft of ceiling)! Besides them doing a fantastic job with the painting, I really liked that Alex came in the mornings to check in on the job, and that that they made sure everything was left just how they found it. We still have all the walls to paint in the house and will attempt to do them ourselves HOWEVER if I start to cry again I will for sure call AFP painting for help😂 AFP Painting = Alex’s Fantastic Painters Painting 😂 would recommend 10/10
